Non-negotiable rule
Quality is more important than hitting a question-count target. A question must be blocked from student delivery if its answer key, wording, explanation, skill alignment, or distractor analysis is uncertain.
Automatic structural gate
Every active item must have a unique ID, a valid answer, unique answer choices, a full explanation, choice-by-choice rationale for every option, a skill tag, a difficulty level, an exam/section label, and — where relevant — a reusable strategy note. TSI Practice Prep runs this structural check across the practice bank automatically and blocks anything incomplete before it can reach a student.
Editorial gate
Structural validation is not the same as academic verification. New question templates are sampled and reviewed by a qualified human editor before large-scale publication. A flagged template is disabled at the template level, so every variant generated from it is blocked at the same time, not just the one flagged copy.
Originality
TSI Practice Prep may study official public blueprints and released practice material to understand skills, tone, difficulty, and common distractor patterns. It should not, and does not intend to, reproduce an administered or released question with only small wording, number, or name substitutions. Questions use new contexts, data, reasoning paths, and distractors while measuring the same underlying skill an official exam would test.
Rotation
Correct-answer positions are balanced across A/B/C/D over a set rather than clustering on one letter. Students preferentially receive items they have not seen recently. A missed item first triggers a new, similar item, then returns later through spaced review rather than being force-repeated immediately.
